Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, the order data is automatically transmitted to our third-party fulfillment partner for processing. At that point, the window for making any changes—such as address edits, item substitutions, or order cancellations—becomes extremely limited. While we will make every effort to accommodate urgent correction requests, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel an order once it enters the fulfillment queue. To minimize issues:
  • Verify all details (shipping address, product quantity, payment method) before submitting your order.
  • If you notice an error after submission, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number included. If the order has not yet entered the fulfillment pipeline, we may be able to intervene, but this is not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to recall or redirect it. At that stage, the order is considered final and in transit.
