- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging, including the packaging slip
- A detailed description of the issue
Note: We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. However, if the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will reimburse your return shipping cost up to $30 USD. To receive reimbursement, you must submit a valid proof of payment, such as a return label receipt or tracking label showing the shipping charge. Returns must be shipped with tracking number.
