Due to our quality control policies and fulfillment processes, Nootropics Frontline is unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
The product was purchased in error.
You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the product.
The product was opened, unused, or “unwanted” but undamaged.
Return eligibility is limited to:
Fulfillment Error: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Transit Damage: The product packaging or contents were materially damaged during shipping.
If either of the above scenarios applies:

Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging, including the packaging slip
A detailed description of the issue
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Note: We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. However, if the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our part, we will reimburse your return shipping cost up to $30 USD. To receive reimbursement, you must submit a valid proof of payment, such as a receipt or tracking label showing the shipping charge.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and verified.For quality assurance reasons, we do not restock returned products. Any item that has left our warehouse is considered final and does not re-enter inventory.
